Our loyalty programme has been running online and in our Concept Stores since early April 2025.

Create an account and start earning loyalty rewards!

When you log in to our website or create an account, you’ll automatically receive 5% of your purchase amount as a loyalty reward on your next purchase! For example, if you buy a must-have pair of trousers from Marie Méro for €149, you’ll receive a €7.45 discount on your next purchase online or in one of our Concept Stores, provided you log in or create an account with Marie Méro.

The reason for this is that the loyalty reward is linked to your email address. Your reward will appear at the end of your checkout process when you are ready to pay. If you log in before you start shopping online, you won’t have to re-enter all your details every time – making your shopping experience much easier.

Don’t worry, the loyalty discount is valid for 13 months and is linked to your email address. You cannot earn or receive loyalty discounts on purchases made at Inno Galeria stores, physical outlet sales or marketplaces.

Sales and online outlet sales

You cannot use your loyalty points during sales and outlet sales, nor will you earn any new loyalty points.

What happens to your loyalty benefit if you return an item?
Are you returning an item of clothing? Then request the return via the Marie Mero returns portal and your loyalty benefit will be automatically adjusted. This adjustment will be made within 24 hours of the refund. This ensures your benefit is always up to date.

Validity of loyalty benefits
Your accumulated loyalty benefits are automatically redeemed when you make a purchase online or in-store. When shopping online, you must log in. Loyalty benefits are valid for 13 months.
